Hello everyone
I am so glad it's Friday. Next weekend will be a 3 day weekend for me...so yeah!!! I am thankful for that. I just wish that it would stop raining on the weekends long enough so I can get my yard stuff done. I can only do so much at a time and I am a sweaty sore mess. I wish I was a work horse and just work morning till night and get it done.
Anyway...the last few days my allergies have been really acting up. To the point that all my medicines are not helping much. They get worse in the late afternoon and into the evening. Then when I wake up in the morning I seem fine. Then it starts all over again.
Tonight when I get home I have to bake brownies again. We are going to Greg's family's house for a cookout. Well his biological family...he was adopted. He first wanted me to make cheesecake and I said cheesecake is not a good choice for a cookout because it has to stay cold. So then he said he wanted the brownies I made last week. LOL!!! I am guessing he will want one before we leave tomorrow...heck I will too...they are really yummy.
Well here's to 4pm getting here fast...have a good day all.
Bleeding ulcer that was made worse by him being on a high dose of Coumadin. Yes, blood tests during and before he left the hospital, with his primary doctor and he is scheduled for another endoscopy on July 7th to see if the ulcer has healed. They also monitored his bowel output while in the hospital for when there wasn't any more blood in it.

Happy Friday to All,
Chris, I may of missed this but what caused Dave's lost of blood? Has he had any more blood tests to establish that is isn't still losing it? I know how he feels, that was me a few years ago. I had to learn how to slow down and say no.
I so want to to get outside and get weeding (with grass killer), hopefully tomorrow it will stay dry for a few hours,
I am taking Morgan back to her Dad's later today. We didn't "do" anything, except enjoy her company.
I also need to get groceries and take our phones into the phone place for an upgrade. We will shortly have 4g in town.
Yes, it is slightly early but I am getting a head start on Friday.
I am so freakin tired. I have things around the house, insurance paperwork in the form of cruise interruption, work and life in general to deal with right now. Thankfully my neighbor is mowing our lawn with his riding mower (we have close to a third of an acre of grass). I am taking up the slack with weeds and weed wacking and am getting behind with that. I am going to change my hours soon with the PD probably in mid September to start at 8am instead of 6:30 because of getting older . . . That is why I have been not been around. Dave has limited energy due to the blood loss and will have for about another 5 months. He can do some errands and minor things to feed himself.
Off to bed.

Hello Everyone
I am happy. I got my dress yesterday and it looks perfect (a little wrinkly...I may need to get it pressed). I was a little nervous because you order a dress online without actually seeing it in person...who knows what it will look like. I haven't actually tried it on yet because I want to buy the under garments first. You know...the strapless bra and control top undies.
I am dying to see how it looks and how it fits. I had to measure myself and give them my measurements. I hope I did it right. If not I guess I have time to take it to a local seamstress for a little tweak. It doesn't help I keep trying to lose weight. Amanda said that I should be trying to maintain so I will fit in my dress. But I told her it's an empire waist, A-line dress. That style dress is very forgiving. Unless my bust gets a lot smaller I should be good.
What's on your agenda today? I am going to do some groceries today. That's about it. We want to grill out today too. I hope it won't be raining.
Well I better get back to work. Have a good day.
Hi.
The main thing I got done yesterday was I went to Walmart for a baby gift and a sibling gift. Otherwise, I stayed home and worked on a puzzle. We did go for dinner. We have a new place that opened at the bowling ally. I had a taco salad, and brought home most of it.
Not sure what is going on today, I want to grill this evening.
Have a great day,,
Hugs,
Hello everyone
Yes, I got more yard/garden clean up done yesterday. In this little corner area I pulled about 1/2 of a trash can full of dead leaves and garbage out from behind two evergreens. The garbage ranged from your a paper plate to a box of saltines to toys to unknown plastic stuff. The oddest stuff...from behind 2 evergreeens that are about 3ft high. I now have all things cleaned up. I still have to straighten up the rock/mulch stuff. But that will take some time. But at least I don't have a ton of garbage and dead leaves hidden behind anything anymore.
I have so many plans in my head for the yard. What I would like to do. I wish I had both the time and money to do them all...LOL!!!
Oh funny story...I was working with all those *****ly evergreens yesterday and those darn needles. Well there are a lot of dead needles falling every where because the trees are just not very healthy. You barely touch it and needles go flying. So of course I am kneeling and sitting in a ton of needles. Greg ended up having to pick a bunch of needles out of my butt. I just thought it was comical. It wasn't very painful at all. If it was painful then I wouldn't have thought it was funny. So moral of the story is don't sit in a pile of pine needles...hahaha!!!
Time to get back to work....have a good day
Happy Hump Day.
Yesterday was a perfect summer day. Hubert helped me with the side bushes, then while I went and got Morgan at her Dad's house, he worked on the gutters. Then I came home and finished the clean up of the bush cuttings.Morgan brought a puzzel with her, we started it in the late afternoon. After dinner, we went to the city park for a concert.Which was very good. When we got home, we had a fire and made s'mores.
I don't think we turned on the tv all day!
Not sure what is happening in your world, our sky is gray, so depending on the weather............
Hugs,
Hello everyone
I hope everyone is OK after last night's latest round of weather (especially those of you south of I80). Greg took some bungee cords and tied our patio furniture down. Good thing too because it looked like our neighbors didn't take these precautions and their stuff was all over the yard. And we didn't even get the worst of it. About 5-10 miles south of us wa**** hard.
I have a neighbor I am sure was trying to be helpful but I felt went beyond what I think is normal. I came home and obviously the wind had taken down our trash cans and some lawn chairs. So they had the lawn chairs stacked on the side of the house. That was nice. The trash cans kind of back where we had them. But I noticed when I went to throw out some garbage that some of our solar lights were in there. I thought that was odd. I dug them out. It was just the tops. When I looked I found where they went and the tops popped right back on to the spikes. All I can think of is that this "helpful neighbor" found the solar lights blowing around and took it upon them selves to throw them away. I think that was wrong of them. We paid good money for these...they are brand new!!! We just bought them. For someone to take and just throw away someone else's property is a little nervy. But since it seems they were trying to be nice I won't say anything. Am I wrong to think that???
Oh here is something interesting. Amanda text me last night asking me about the weather. I guess our weather made the news in Washington...LOL. I said it's just stormy and windy where we are. No worries.
Well I do hope everyone is doing OK.
I better get back to work. Have a good day all.
