Yes I agree, life is good. 

I went and got my hair done.  Went darker.  It's a dark brown, like a chestnut brown.  With a little bit of copper and gold highlights.  I guess that is the best way to describe it.

Today after work I have to swing by the bank and deposit a check.  Then stop by Walgreens.  That will be it.  I will work in the garden a bit and make dinner. 

I am still trying to lose a bit of weight before the wedding.  I am hoping for another 5lbs maybe.  That would be nice.  I have two weeks.

Hello everyone

It has been such wonderful weather.  My only complaint is that I am stuck inside at work.  Wish I could be at home in my yard. 

My plants in the front don't seem to be thriving.  I was worried about that.  The clay soil.  I figured it might be a couple seasons of tilling and composting to get that soil in good shape.  This Fall I will throw some leaves in there and turn it over.  It doesn't help that it has rain so much and clay soil holds so much moisture.  Oh well.  I can only keep trying. 

Today after work I am getting my hair cut and colored.  I waited as long as I could.  I wanted to wait close to the wedding date to get a fresh cut and color.  But not too close.  I am going even darker still.  I have been going a little darker every time.  The light color is just not good for my hair.  So this time I am going for more of a darker drown (or chestnut) with caramel color highlights.

Hi. Do they take public aid? I already am a patient at the peoria surgical group but my dr doesn't listen to me. It's been 5 yrs that I've been sick. I really need help.

Hello everyone

Today is a quiet day.  Most everyone is gone out of the office, at some offsite meeting.  Some of us are going to lunch together. 

I am glad that this week looks rain-free.  I am already thinking ahead to our party.  I hope it doesn't rain.  That would be such a bummer.  Geez, I hope it doesn't rain at the wedding.  It's an outdoor wedding.  That would be worse.  I am hoping that since it's sunny California it will live up to it's reputation. 

My next worry is getting the dress packed.  The garment bag I had is too small.  I will have to find another one.  I want to carry on my dress.  I am NOT checking it.  The last thing I need is for this dress to get lost.  I talked to Cat (you remember her) she used to work for United and she said I should have no problems carrying-on my dress.  I was worried about the "embellishments" (the crystals, rhinstones...what ever they are) setting the scanners off at the airport.  She said they got 3-4 wedding dresses through every week.  They are used to it...no big deal.  God I hope so. 

I am getting my hair cut and colored tomorrow.  I wanted to time it close to the wedding but not too close. 

I have to go to Walgreens and Walmart after work today.
