Sharon, It is a bad condition, but like Crystal said, we are here for you. I think you should heal yourself before you try to go back to work. A new job, and the stress of finding one, would not really be good for you. This is the time that "me" should be number 1.

Sharon. I looked up that condition. How awful. I will be thinking of you. You are a strong and determined woman and I know you won't let this get you down. You will over come this. Sorry I have not posted recently. I have been in a funk. I developed some weird post shingle condition called postherpetic neuralgia. It is very painful and I have been told it can last up to 18 months. I also am sad about not working. I decided to just start looking again. Up until last week, I thought I would start to feel better again and then begin the process. But I cant wait 18 months!
I am still going to Celebrate Recovery and start a step study on 08/08.
Hoping everyone is doing well. I have not been on in weeks.

Hi,
Yesterday after work, I went and got the hearing aid. I think I am heading over to Ottawa again today, I don't really think it is working right. Ican't seem to hear any differance, with or without it.
Then, when I got home, instead of going out with friends, we met Monica, Scott and Morgan, and Annette, in Dwight for supper. Morgan is staying with Annette for 2 days, so that was the transfer point. I am joining Annette and Morgan tomorrow for a girls day, then I will bring Morgan to her dads on my way home.
Then, Saturday, they are all coming here to help put the doors in the addition, so the house can be locked up tight when we are in Niagara Falls.
Otherwise, a normal day, cleaning, shopping and cooking.

I am so glad this week is almost over. I have a busy weekend. No time for resting at all.
My tennis lesson went well yesterday. At least that's what I was told. I kept getting frustrated. But I guess you can't expect to be ace the first time out. It was a pretty good workout.
Today after work I have to get a pedicure and do groceries and do laundry. So nothing exciting. What are you guys up to?

Hi I am on my way back to Florida. I'm so sorry I didn't make it to Rockford. We got such a late start in our trek leaving.
I have several apointments next month so we won't be back till september.

I've been super busy and a bit frazzled for me. Today with three of us in the shop it should calm down a bit. I have my two year cardiologist visit today so I'd better calm down! LOL!

Crystal, I played tennis in high school. I was never great, but I enjoyed it. I think I was attracted to the cute clothes that were worn when you played.
I have the water going outside. We never got a hint of rain last night. I will turn it off when I leave for work. Plus, put the garbage containers back where they belong.
Today is my last day of wor****il the last week of August. I am happy. I haven't got even half of what I need to finish done yet.

I had fun yesterday at the car show and then came home to homemade steak. It was a good night.
Today after work believe it or not I am going to my first ever tennis lesson. I decided to learn and it will be a good workout. And what a good day for it...it won't be so hot. What are you guys up to today???
My neck is doing a little better every better. It seems to be more pressure now than pain. No pain at all now. So I see that as a plus.

I was busy at work yesterday, as well. I came home and decided to water flowers, before they started to wilt again. If it doesn't rain tonight, I will water again in the morning.
I am picking up my hearing aid tomorrow after work. I know it will make a huge difference to me.
Saturday, I got a call from my BIL, he was at the hospital in Springfield, wanting his wife's cellphone number. They only use it when traveling or out of town, anyway, he couldn't remeber the number. He had a minor accident he said. Minor my foot! he cut of 2 fingers down to the 2nd knuckle, with a table saw. He is doing fine, told them not to reattach them, and can't wait to get bck to his project.
Dawn and Crystal, You are both so busy all the time.
