Nancy,
Thank you, so am I. Same here, I'm been so busy lately and when I do have the time I'm just tired and there are other people that uses the computer here where I'm at and there can be meetings in the same room (library), that's alright, that's been me lately, when I get home (not sure when) I hope I have more time to post and more by then. You'll have time at some point down the road, I've been there myself.
It is, it's rewarding. I'm in a skilled care arrangement for the last15 days at least and it's been 18 or so days since I had my right hip surgery, it doesn't feel likes it's been that long. I hope so too, I hope I find out soon and once I find out I'll try to post it here as soon as I can. That's so true, home sweet home, I can't wait.
Thank you so very much to you Nancy and everyone else that's been there for me, thank you. I will.
Have a great evening and great week.

Thank you for the kind words. Cyber hug back to you also. The hurt is still there because we can see their house/yard from our 3 season room especially when watching TV.
Time will heal all wounds.

It is so good to hear that you are doing so well. I have been thinking about you and wondering how you were doing since surgery! I love to hear positive stories on how these surgeries make people feel so much better! I know you did not want to do it this soon but so glad that the pain is getting behind you! Glad you are moving around so much better!
Hope things are going well for you!

I am so glad that you are doing well. I am sorry it is taking me so long to get back to your post. I have not even read my mail the last two days but instead have fallen asleep before I got to it! I've been tired.
It is always good when you are reaching those goals in therapy! Are you in the hospital or in a skilled care arrangement? Hope you get sprung soon. Nothing feels better than home and your own bed!
I wish you a speedy recovery! Go impress those pt people!

Welcome Gina!
It is great to meet you! You have begun the most amazing journey! Fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride! This is the most wonderful surgery. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Feel free to check in often. We are here daily, are a friendly group, love to answer questions, talk about our daily lives related to surgery and not related to surgery, gripe about life, share, laugh and cry!
Glad you are here!

I am so sorry to hear about this. I cannot believe that they did this! My first thought is that they forgot your names by accident and then found no way to add them after the invites went out. That may be a possibility. They tried to cover up their mistake with a dumb lie thinking it was better than the truth. Regardless, what they did was oh so hurtful! I cannot believe that this was done! You have always talked about your great neighbors.
I understand how hurtful this must be to have to experience! I am so sorry that you had to experience it. Here is a big hug that I wish I could give you.
I also am sorry to hear about the cellulitis. I have gone through that and it is indeed painful. I am glad that it is getting better. I have given up hope of ever getting an iv without mega bruises as they never can find a vein and it is always a 4 or 5 attempt event with many bruises to heal. And they do hurt!
It is always hard to see transitions in the work place. So very hard to see your favorite boss leaving and I am hoping that you will get a boss yous like even better! My prayers are that my boss retires. She is getting worse every day and now just yells and lectures and belittles everyone, To add insult she has no clue in what is going on. We think it is dementia but the upper people do not see it. Sigh.
Hugs and prayers to you!

OK I know it's a beautiful day but where are all of you? We had a busy day at the store but I got to knit with friends some of the time. Now I just want to kick back the rest of the evening. Tomorrow we should do some clean up at the shop and get groceries. It remains to be seen if that will happen. LOL
Be sure to give Christine some support. She's supported this board the longest!
have a good weekend!

Thank you. Still prone to some tears and I cannot read what I wrote anymore as it still hurts so much. It will be good to get out of the house today and forget the neighborhood for a while.
