I could use a little more shut eye. I will survive.
I did end up back in the basement yesterday evening for about one hour more and then came up and enjoyed more reruns of the Duggers. We have a busy week ahead with a wake and funeral plus a Gala fund raiser for our favorite local theater group. We are table hosts for the dinner. Friday we will take a breather and just chill and then do more of the same on the week-end - yard work, runs to the resale shop and the quest to find empty cardboard boxes.

I had a very busy weekend. Hubby was home, had laundry to do. Then on Sunday I went to Scenic Spoon River Drive. Found some things that were pretty awesome. It was raining on us but we had fun anyway. Today my hip scar area is a little achy but not in pain like before surgery! I love my new hips!
Nothing to exciting here today, just drove the bus and fed my seniors. I have to say I love both of my jobs, just do not like the little pay!

So, it was a laundry finishing day. I got it all done except the white clothes and bath rugs are still drying in the basement. I am still in my jammies and am so comfy. Listening to the rain and watching reruns of the Duggers.

Hello everyone
I am back to reality. Everything was really beautiful...the fall colors...the quaint little town...the lake. It was so nice I wanted to stay. I can only imagine though what kind of winters they must have there. I bought some Christmas gifts there. And I bought myself some stuff too. I indulged in the yummiest caramel apple I ever had and the best fudge ever. We went to Mackinaw Island and rented some bikes and rode all over the island. But I found out I get very sea sick....ugh. On the ride back we bought some Dramamine which took the edge off but...ugh it was terrible. I think it's weird I can go on a rollercoaster no problem but a boat makes me sick.
Like I said back to reality...I have to get to work and catch up on the days I missed. Run to do some groceries. And if I'm up to it after work I will go work out. What are you up to today???

Back to work day. We don't get off for Columbus day. The good/bad thing, we won't be busy since everyone assumes that since it is a holiday, we will be closed.
Yesterday was not as good as Monica and I hoped. I did a few sales, and so did she. I wi;; try to do at least one more, closer to Xmas. By the way. I heard someone say there are only 11 Fridays until Xmas. Time for the elf to showup on FB again.
I di get a bowl of Burgoo. It is a beef/chicken/ pork stew. It wasn't as bad as I thought, in fact, it was tasty, except it needed more salt and pepper. Look it up.

I got here ariunder 1945 yesterday. The plane was an hour Kat leaving Atkanta! Saud the weather was bad here! Ya right! I looked I said sunny and clear was bad weather?
Anyway today we went to a children's concert then walked to target!
Tonight I'm babysitting. My daughter said she needs to go on a date! With her husband nto me!
Not much different in my world.I need to go to the resale shop and drop off donations today and then to the hardware store for more boxes. Exciting . . . not really. I did get 24 flights of stairs on the Fitbit yesterday and I know my keaster is going to feel it in the next couple of days.

We have had an amazing week at the store and tonight I am really tired. It will be nice to have a day off tomorrow! I plan to nap! Monday is the Madison Knitters Guild which is always a fun day.
I think I'll make soup tomorrow in Between my naps! Have a nice weekend!

Good Morning, I am just doing some stuff this morning that needs to be done, then I am going to run to the $tree for a couple of tableclothes, to put on my tables tomorrow at the Burgoo Festival They have over 300 booths to explore. Then to Wally world, for a couple of things Hubert needs.
This afternoon we will pack up Hubert's Suburban for tomorrow.
I also want to bake a pie or something for dessert. I am making my Sunday dinner for tonight, since we won't be home tomorrow.
We went to the hockey game in Bloomington last night. It was fun as usual.
