Yum, brownies. Do you make them from a mix or scratch? There are a few great mixes out there but I really do not eat sweets or bake them much.

Hello everyone
I went to the movies last night. It was my first time in an IMAX theater and it was nice but worth the extra money...I'm undecided. The movie Interstellar...long but good. I liked it.
Today I will be going to a few places to shop. I have to go to Walmart and then Kohls and Payless. I am going to try to get home and bake some brownies. We will see how that goes. But Greg is in Texas for business and it will be a nice treat for him when he gets home.
I agree customer service is just going down the toilet. You would think nowadays with businesses trying to gain more business they would roll out the red carpet for you. But that is logical thinking and there's no room for that now either.
A steak fry sounds like a great idea for a party
Well I better get back to work.
Hi everyone!!! Work and more work. On Monday the Junior High did a great job at the Veteran's Day concert. It was a good time. On Tuesday, the kids and I were off, so we visited my Mom in the nursing home. That evening was my 14 wedding anniversary, so I got a sitter and took hubby out for dinner at Home Run Inn. He was surprised. It was a good time.
As of today, I am down to 311 pounds. That is 30 pounds lost since surgery and 87 pounds lost since November 1, 2013. I'm up to walking about 1 1/3 miles.
Bummer about Laz-y-Boy. I hope it all works out.
Have a great day and stay warm!

Come to find out that the call taker for the repair on the chair took down the wrong phone number!

Great to hear, I know I enjoyed my PT when I had it for my left knee last year, good to know about the scar tissue which it explains it for my left knee. I know I'll enjoy my therapy for my right knee which I start at 2:00 p.m. at ATI Physical Therapy, I'm looking forward to it and making my right knee better.
Have a great day.

I can understand your frustration. It is like that with a lot of companies. I ordered a new script
online from my doctor. I got a message on Monday, saying it was ordered where I get it. So far, no call saying it was ready. So, this morning I will track it down.
I have a load of clothes in the washer, then I have a bunch of little stuff this morning.
I guess I am having a New Year's Eve party. Hubert invited our group for a steak fry on
New Years Eve. We use to do this every year, but got away from it. The only bad thing is is that I will be working that day.
IT IS SNOWING!I am sure it won't amount to anything, just a few flakes.
Hugs,
There is a dusting of snow on the roofs and bushes this morning. I am so not ready for this.
I will be packing the car today to setup at a craft fair tonight. It is at a high school in Ottawa, to be held tomorrow night. Hopefully, I will do better then the last one.
Christine, your snack sounds good. A lot of times I have brie, grapes apple slices and a veggie for lunch.
Hugs,
Off to the wizard of work here shortly. I started walking to/from work again because the wind is too stiff to pedal against. After work we have a not so nice phone call to Laz-y-boy because they never called us back to confirm which day they were coming for the appointment. We were to receive a call on either Monday or Tuesday. Their warranty service calls require an upfront payment but the parts are free. You can be damn sure that they charged our CC already. We are not happy campers with them right now.
What is happening in your world?

My husband enjoyed his PT after his knee replacement as it got him going again, plus it kept the knee from developing scar tissue.
