Lapband fills in Illinois

I have had my surgery and am now looking for a doctor to do fills... Any help out there??? :-D

Did you move? Most doctors who do lapband also do the fills, or at least their office does them. Good Luck Matthew

My surgery was done in Mexico...so now I have to find a Dr. in the states to do the fills... The surgery in Mexico was sooo much cheaper...

I got a package deal at $7999.00. That includes the Dr. fee the hospital and everything that goes along with that and 2 nights in the guest house of Dr.Sanchez.. I've never been treated so well....you are picked up at the airport and delivered to the hospital at the arranged time then picked up and taken back to the guest house the next day..If you have problems the Dr. comes to the guest house to administer any meds you might need. Dianna, I had my band placed in Mexico, and I live in very Southern Illinois. It took me 14 months post banding to find a doc who would accept me for aftercare! I finally found Dr. Van Wagner in St. Louis, MO. It is about a 3 hr. drive for me, but he is wonderful!! He did my first fill under fluoro, so he could visualize my band placement, since he was not the surgeon who did it. That was about $350 and included his fill fee and the fluoro fee. The rest of my fills have been in his office at $200. Hope this helps, Trish

Thanks for the information...I live in Rock Island Il. so that would be about a 5-6 hour drive for me.. I was hoping to find someone closer...or maybe in Kansas City...my daughter lives there so it would be nice to visit and have the proccedure done too Again thanks for your response Dianna
