Has anyone had Dr.Joseph M. Vitello?

Hi, my name is Maria M. I'm still searching for a surgeon. I was wondering if someone had Dr. Vitello or Dr. Constantine and what were your experiences? I actually have an appt. with Dr. Constantine in Evanston,but I don't know what to do because Dr.Constantine is out-of network I have BCBS of Illinois. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.Maria M.
