Hi Everyone Can't tell you how much I have missed you all!!! I am using my DH's laptop and having issues with pulling up my email.. Bare with me as my Son will help when he gets home Thank you Tooter for being such a great and Karyn for doing the Move to lose post I took my last bath and took pictures of the alien creature floating in the tub with me for the LAST TIME. It was enormous! Well, I have to say I was not scared, nervous or anything. When I checked in my BP was 107/70. My DH's was going to have a heart attack and some friends there bit their fake nails off When they took me to the holding area I was telling them to be careful of my new teeth I didn't want them knocked out. He was going nuts over them and then called over 2 surgerical nurses and another doctor and I was cracking up Well then Dr. Fenner showed up and gave me a hug and asked if we were ready to ROCK and ROLL. I told him, tag he was it. I had busted my butt for 8 months and now it was his turn. He gave me a shy smile and said he was going to do his BEST!!! I asked him if he had ate as it was going to be a long procedure and he smiled and said yes!!! He was drawing on me and I was talking 90 miles a min and decided to shut up and let the artist do his thing He did look at me and said he could to the anchor cut but my tummy area had :massive skin" and if he did the straight cut it would be very flat so I sucked it up and said go for the flat, I can wear my scars like badges of honor I asked Dr. Fenner to take pics of the surgery thinking he would do the skin on the table but he took pics from a surgeons point of view. There is one shot where it is taking 2 surgeons to hold up the skin they are removing from my abs. It was unreal. They removed over 10lbs of skin from the tummy area alone.... When the surgery was done the assistant came out and used the words Phenomenal results. They said I was sooooooo fit underneath it was to They had to do NO lipo and no body binder. Dr. Fenner came out and my DH said he looked like he wa**** by a Mac Truck he was so tired. He said I pooped him out but the result were Phenomenal I am loving that word. I woke up and to be honest I have one area in the inner left thigh that is very tight, but other than that I can't complain. My skin was paper thin and made it easy for the implants to move even under the muscle...so I am wearing a support bra and pushing in and up in and up in and up Everyone visiting was going over me being so tiny but I couldn't see anything so I finally said TAKE A PICTURE!! Wow, even with the swelling half my bod is gone I have only taken 2 pain pills since I have been home. We will chat more, when I get my wind as I want to share all and thank you all so very much!!! There was nothing that was a surprise and I have all of you to thank ONE LAST THING!!!!! I can not stress enough what being in shape has brought to the table for this surgery. There was not a doctor, nurse, or worker at the hospital that didn't comment on my strength and how much that made such a difference. There were times when my arms held me up all the way, and getting around made all the difference in the world Soooo, you guys thought I was a pain about exercising before Look out now Love you all very much Oh......I went in weight 124, I weigh 122 with swelling Take care, Kathy

Sue, I just got back from a 6 day cruise to Mexico and I got a chance to swim with the dolphins. It was soooooooooooooooo awesome. I know you will enjoy it. I had no problem getting in all my proteins with the food they served. Lots of meat and fish and eggs. I do use the profect at home and I took it with me but really didn't need to use it. Lots of good fun and tell us all about it when you get back. Ellen

Hi Sue, Sounds like an awesome trip. I think you'll find onboard the cruise, the staff will tend to your every desire. Just make good choices. Most hotel rooms have a small coffee pot. I'd take the hot chocolate and hea****er in the pot. I always carry a supply of things with me. Sometimes I use them and other times I won't need to. Not a bad idea to go prepared with a few easy to carry items. If I have a condo or a time share, I pretty much do my own cooking so I can control the choices easier. But if you only have a hotel room it'll be a little tougher. Don't beat yourself up about it. Jus****ch your portions and make those good choices. Congrats on the successfull weight loss and trip you sooooo deserve. Let me know how Everest is when you get back. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Kathy, so glad things went so well. You really give me the inspiration to keep up with my cardio until the day before my surgery on May 13th. Girl, rest and enjoy some of the good weather. You picked a good time to have your surgery and be able to sit outside and enjoy the warm sun. Chris
