I have found in life you take nothing for granted and leave nothing unspoken
With all I went through my first surgery I thought never again would I go under the knife
Well here I am a year and a half out and getting ready for the first of my reconstruction surgeries tomorrow
I am having so much done there has been reports of my early demise. What they don't know is I have been kicking butt with my PT (my hero) for 8 months now. He devised a program just for those of us (WLS) that are getting in shape for PS. It gets you lean and puts on as much muscle as possible. The PS will have something awesome to work with. Dr. Fenner my PS loves, loves, loves what we have done.
When I get my after pics I will let you decide if the program ROCKS or not
I want to take a moment to say thank you to my OH family
Your support, smiling faces, good wishes and love is second to none and mean the world to me
I can't imagine life without the skin, the rashes the body girdle dance in the morning getting dressed. I can't imagine taking a bath and not having an unidentified alien floating in the tub, Oh it's my stomach skin
A special thanks to all of you that participate in my post "Did You Move to Lose Today". I have gotten so much from it and you guys keep me honest, moving and keep me at goal
Don't think you can slack off while I am laid up I have my workout fairies watching
