Brooke, See if the cooks will grill you up some tail-less shrimp in lemon juice and a little chili powder and make tacos out of them. When I lived in SoCal, Baja Mexican food was very popular.. basically, it was all the regular foods they make.. but with lots of citrus, lighter sauces and often fish as the meat.. I still get cravings for a fish taco or a fish burrito (and I HATE fish.. I never eat fish.. except as a fish taco or tuna salad).. Basically, a fish taco is: two soft corn tortillas some grilled or broiled whitefish shredded white cabbage shredded chihuahua (mexican white) cheese salsa (a woody tasting salsa is best..like a chipotle) and a dollop of fresh guacamole (also something I NEVER eat unless it's on a fish taco) squeeze a thick slice of lime onto it before you eat it.. Heat the tortillas on your stove top until they're nice and pliable.. Layer everything in there.. squeeze of lime.. EAT.. They're really really good.. You can also make them with lobster, shrimp or even baked fish sticks (it adds a nice crunch). Before you go EEWWW.. try it.. just one time.. try it.. they really are good. They're YUMMY.. Now I want me some fish tacos. Stef

I forgot.. you can toss the cabbage in a little bit of light mayo and some lemon juice (or lime juice) and cilantro before you put it on there. (that's the best part!!)

Hey Brooke, I so know what you are talking about, I'm 203 but am a TON of hanging skin, I am a size 12 in slacks, 14 in jeans, xl in tops, grazing is also my problem, I have a desk job so I am determined to get this extra weight off!!! for early breakfast (7am) I"m doing the protein shake on the train, when I get to the office a glass of water then real breakfast at 8:30-9, is Kashi Oatmeal and a piece of fruit, half a turkey sandwich, no mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato at 11 a pear just before I work out 12-1, then more water, then real lunch at 1:30, a Smart Ones weigh****chers frozen thing and a Piece of fruit, then more water and then a can of tuna w/mustard, a tbs of mayo and a mini bag of peanuts mixed in, gross sounding I know but I eat it M-F, I am mexican so I cook mexican food alot, the thing is buy your own corn tortillas, Milagro ones are the best, fill w/meat and top w/salsa or tom/lettuce but I put a mini dab of sour cream and a tiny bit of cheese on it, I do the same for tostadas, but put a thin layer of beans and use either ground beef or shreaded chicken breast. But I know what you mean about feeling fat, the excess skin is HORRIBLE, I hate it, it makes me still feel fat, that I come with floatation devices is not fun, it's like I'm stuck in a fat suit, I wish plastics came with payment plans!!! Luv, Alicia
