THIS IS NEW TO ME..

Well hello all... I am a post op patient here in Chicago. 1 week and 2days. I came home from the hospital a week ago today. I am not sure how I should be feeling. I do not have much of an appeite(sp). Actually I have not had any desire to eat at all. I have had dreams that the surgery did not take place. Other than being a little sore in my stomach I feel the same. I welcome any and all feed back. Thanks

Hi VIkki ... welcome! Don't worry, everything you're feeling is normal ... at 2-1/2 years out I STILL sometimes dream that I'm going through the process of trying to get surgery. Where in Chicago are you? Let me know if you're ever up for some company, something we ALL need (even though we're sometimes too thick-headed to admit it) is support ... whether its 2 weeks or 2 years out. I'm on the NW side of the city ... if there's anything you need, please let me know. Karyn
