Charleston, Il area anyone?

We here are so used to the Amish, buggies, poo and all that it isn't such a site for us, but I know people love to come and view....Most people don't even know we have an Amish community here...Thanks for the support

Hi Ann, I don't usually post on the IL board (I'm usually on the grad board or the main board), but this evening I thought I'd check it out. I'm from Effingham, so we're "neighbors"! I also had my surgery w/ Dr. Rohrscheib and liked him very, very much! I had the open rny and had a textbook recovery; I can't begin to tell you how my life has changed. I'm assuming you will be having your surgery up in Clinton. I loved the little hospital up there! The nursing staff was really nice and helpful; they are so experienced with Dr. R's patients. I'm an "old lady" of 55, am a guidance counselor at Effingham H.S., and love to talk about my experience--so if you have any specific questions, be sure to ask!
