My one month "WOW" moments

I had surgery on November 30th. My "one month post op appointment" was Tuesday, December 27th. I lost 29 pounds. On Wednesday, I had a Dr. appointment with my family practioner and the scale showed me five pounds lighter (34 pounds). Obviously I liked that number better. However.... I was cleared to go back to Curves, which I did on Wednesday and today. I had them measure me and I lost a minimum of 2 inches for every measurement. HOORAY!!!! Also, at my family practitioner appointment, my blood pressure was down, and my blood sugard was in the normal range. She thinks I can go off both meds after we monitor closely for a month! WOW is right, Terri. Congrats, those are definately big numbers. Keep us posted.
