ps in il

Hey all was wondering if any of you have had any luck finding a plastic surgeon in il who will at least attempt to bill insurance for reconstructive/ps surgery. I am finding it difficult to find anyone who will. I realize theres a big chance for denial, but it is frustrating no one is willing to even attempt it any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
