Hi Tammy.I also am a newbie here.I am just getting started.Am in the process of looking for the closest Dr.and facility to do the lap band procedure AND that accepts Il.medicaid.When my mom get`s back from my sister`s wedding in ky in a week or two (she wants to have the surgery too)we will begin the next step in contacting some places to get things rolling.We are hoping to have this done together.Welcome and good luck on your surgery Kim
