Anyone seen the squatters in Troy IL

Udate! I have not heard or seen anything from the squatters at my other home since a few days ago when I filed for an emergency eviction. Our court date is Dec 8. Squatters is the nicest name I can find for them. They were an ex employee who she and her family needed a place to live for a few weeks, my other home is up for sale so I let them move in! Now 6 mths has past they refuse to move! Refuse to let the broker show the house, they have cursed me out several times! There 30 day notice is up! Yes it was registered. Now everytime I go there I have to take a police escort to show the house! They are friends of my daughters! She said she is not gettin in the middle of it! I just wanted her to ask them when they are going move! They tell me not til the sheriff sits there stuff out! The squatters wife called and cursed my dauighter out last night cause they said I had "Gone Crazy" ha ha Ok maybe I have! When over there the other night I called the police, the squatter guy was tryin to kick me out of the house. I sat on the sofa and said "This is my house, I made the payments for 15 yrs, try kicking me out of my own home! How much have you paid towards the payments?? None! I had a military friend with me who was lookin at the house to buy, The squatter was very rude to her, boy she let him have it! When the police got there they were on my side! The squatter kept tellin them he wasn't going anywhere til he had a 90 day eviction notice, they told him he was crazy I would get them out before and they would help me! They even said they would help escort me to move back into the house with them there! The officer told him since its my house I get to pick who's furniture I want in the house, I could just sit theres outside if we are going to use mine! ha ha My daughter and I were not speakin cause she insist on bein friends with them! But she did get me info on the eviction process. Well its been a few days since I have been to Troy, so they call my daughter and tell her about me callin the cops ect.. I even left boxes on the porch! There 30 days was up this wk end! No they don't have 1 thing packed so I thought maybe they needed boxes! I have not done anything illegal. I do not calll and harrass them! They call and curse me out on my answering machine! My daughter seems to think they found a place to live and told her to let me know, in some very unkind words. I will not believe it til I see them gone! I feel like someone has kid napped a house of mine. A child of mine that is very dear to my heart! We were always poor but 15 hyrs ago as a single mom I got a home loan! So for 15 yrs I made the payments ect.. It is small but its mine! I had it built! Well 6 mths ago my boyfriend and I bought a bigger home together in Belleville. We love our new house. I never imagined my Troy home wouldnt sell! YES it will sell! Its kinda hard to sell it when the squatters won't let anyone in to see it! They can't believe I want them out! Has anyone ever let you live anywhere rent free for 6 mths? I am a fool for lettin it go on this long! Now if they tried givin me rent I DO NOT want it! I want them gone! This is a nightmare! I keep thinkin what have I done to deserve this? Just 5 mths ago I had a contractor rip me off ten thousand dollars then vanish! Robert Taylor from the Cahokia Il area! Don't let him near your house! He goes by R & T contruction. No its not really a business! No the police won't do anything about him! What did I do to deserve this?? NOTHING! Normally I do not have bad luck like this! Is the devil following me? He's not wanted and I will fight and beat him til he is tired. I am a survivor! Ya don't have to know how to spell to get ahead in this world! ha ha Good news is my boyfriend and I are doing well. He actually pays half the biils in the home we own together. Before buying this house we had never lived together. We have been together for almost 2 yrs, he is a good guy. He treats me well. Even brings me flowers and helps with the house. He doesn't have to be asked! He even changes sheets! No I do not want to get married. Its just not for me or him, He turned 46 yrs old today, has never had kids or been married! Before wls for 10 yrs I hung onto a guy who was mentally abusive to me, it took -140 lbs and wls surgery for me to finally get out of that relationship, that was 1 sided. Hey Cyndi ... hang in there ... I keep trying to remember "that which does not kill you will make you stronger" ... and you are becoming a force not to mess with! Sounds like things are starting to turn around for you ... hopefully by year's end this will be nothing but an old nightmare. I don't know why bad things happen to good people, and they don't seem to happen to bad people!!
