Can anyone help?

Thank You for the advice! I am planning on seeing a lawyer this week! Rumor has it they have found a place and will be moving next week. Hopefully they are not lieing! The place they are moving to has 2 bedrooms and does not allow dogs. They want 3 bedrooms. Well their 2 girls won't be the first sisters to have to be in the same bedroom! And if I had to choose to have a dog or have a home for my kids, the dog needs to find him another home. I never wanted this big dog in my house either but they brought it there, yes hair is everywhere! Please Pray they are gone soon! Then this hurdle of life will be over with. I am going over there tonight with a police escort to take pictures of the inside of the house to have proof there is no damage, just incase the husband decides to put holes in the walls. I will have the pictures plus the police to be witness that there are no holes right now! Thanks for all the support! See ya lighter! Cyndi

My husband is an O'Fallon, Illinois Police Officer. I called him but he's on a call right now. I think you should call the police. It's your house and they have no rental or lease agreement, so technically they're trespassing.

I went threw the same thing on a property that I rent I had to rent a truck and go to my house and move one couple. One guy I had to take to court and they gave me an right to possesion order when it came time. The local sheriff said there was nothing he could do I informed him that I was given possession of my home and that I was taken possession he said I couldnt throw them out and I told him that I had rules in my house and that didnt he have rules. he said yes and I told him anyone that left my home was not being allowed back in and if they wanted their possession I would hand them to them one at a time at the door. He said I couldnt do this but I also informed him that I would sue the county if he didnt protect me and he offered to send a officer to the house the morning of the possesion order. I also called the electric company and told them to transfer the electric in my name and then I wanted shut off. They said the couldnt do that And I informed them that I was doing repairs on the electric box myself and that if I got electric shook ,me (if I lived through it) and or my family would sue them and they shut it off. The guy moved out the night before I was to get possesion, but every that knows me knows I would have done it. Good luck because it does cost you to take them to court and all likelihood you will never get any money back.
