Submitted for approval with BCBS IL...

I faxed BCBS IL all of my paperwork today. There were 119 pages total. I guess now all I can do is sit and wait for their answer. How long did it take for everyone else to get an answer after submitting for approval? Melissa

Melissa Read my profile. All I can say is CALL EVERY DAY. Get a name of a person that is willing to help and stick with them. They have lost paperwork, slacked on doing thier job, shuffled me from dept to dept and basically have NO idea what they are doing! I got TWO letters today dening me for Two different reasons. Funny thing is, they told me yet a different reason on the phone. it all stems back to one person not doing what they were supposed to do and have now delayed me over a month! Good luck and KEEP ON THEM!!!
