Back from Chicago....
Got back a bit ago and the trip went gr8....I registered with the hospital and then meet my surgeon..*Dr.Vitello* he is very nice...well mannered and explain all to me..I had like 10 questions for him and in the time we meet to the end he answered every one of them w/in our meeting.... 
I have to have a psych evaluation to begin the process and this is what medicaid requires it to be approved or consider being approved...so I will make an appt. tomorrow and have it faxed to Dr.Vitello upon his request , to get this ball a rolling...I'm so happy I got this far....Thanx everyone for prayers..concerns and pushing me forward.....
