Looking for a GOOD Plastic surgeon

I have only been in the Northern Illinois region for about a year and I am looking for a good plastic surgeon for breast augmentation and lift. I am not sure where to look and I have looked on this website but I still don't seem to be finding what I am looking for. Has anyone had this procedure done in Northern Illinois, close to the great Lakes Naval Base and if you don't mind could you give me information on what the cost was? I will be paying for it out of my own pocket. And if there are surgeons that you DON;T recommend please let me know of them also. Thanx! Jeannie 244/111
