Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well!Well my goals today are lots of water and to catch upon my protein I haven't go in lately.Then today I need to do laundry,dishes,floors,a appointmebnt today,I need to call and make a appointment and plus I have a lot of errands to run today and then it is all the regular parent after school stuff.Have a great day!!! 64+ ounces of water. i'm 1 week out - TODAY!!! and am still in that hydration stage. i did 62 ounces of fluids yesterday, so today, my goal is 64+ jan

I'm normally a lurker but maybe if I put this in put it will make me more responsible for my actions. I know it's early in the day but I've already been to it once. To stay the heck out of my kids halloween candy. Try to get in my protein and water. Get back on track. Joanne
