Insurance help!

I am looking into getting a 2nd insuance company to cover the surgery. Who would everyone reccomed. Anyone have a company that does not require a 12 month diet? I did a 12 month diet with a doctor with BCBS, but they said it was not the right kind of diet. Please Help!
