OMG Help!!! I gained!!!
Ok, so this weekend, I went back to the area that I am from (near Macomb) and worked in my aunt's restaurant because they needed the help. I think I ate pretty sensibly... so I come back and get on the scale and instead of the usual 183i**** said... 189!! OH MY GOSH!!! I am so freaking out... why would I gain..?!?!
This is my menu plan for today
Breakfast
2 boiled eggs
Snack
6 ounces Lite Yogurt
Lunch
3/4 cup Salad
2 0unces Bonless SKinless Chicken Breast
Snack
2 Ounces Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Green Beans
Snack
1 cup Pretzels

1 Cup Apple Sauce

Where did I go wrong? I am so upset... well another thing I haven't had my period since August... do you think that could have anything to do with it?!
Now don't be freaking out. You would have to had eaten a TON of food in order to gain one pound and we are physically not capable in doing that. You need to ingest 3500 calories over what you normally eat to gain one pound and from what I see you did not do that. Just look into your sodium content of the foods you ate and other factors like your period, stress, not getting enough water, this will cause you to retain water because your body will hoard it. Another factor maybe, are you exercising more and gaining muscle and displacing fat?
