Has anyone tried Byetta? Confused

I'm confused, Endo is pro GBS, now wants to try a course of Byetta injections for me because of my type 2 diabetes. This stuff is suppose to help diabetes lose weight. Except it made me sick to stomach. If anyone out there knows of anyone who tried this please email me [email protected] Personally I do not think this is going to stop the eating of sweets for me. What confuses me is I am under control with my medication. Weight loss will stop the diabetes and more health problems. confused.
