Yesterday was good I stuck to most of my goals... about 4 oclock in the morning I was starving... like woah if I don't eat something I'm going to die... so I had some cheetos... dang yummy little grease balls.
Today has been good... I actually tried a protein drink and loved it. It was just like chocolate milk!! They gave us samples at the support group on Monday. I'm thinking next month I'm gonna get myself some. The thing is that I hate to buy those big containers because by the time I'm half way through with it... I'm sick of whatever flavor it is. I wish they would come in the little sample size packets and you could get like a case of those.
I've been revamping my website. Sometimes thinking that people are out there watching my progress makes me feel a little more motivated... so it would great if you pretended like you were heheh

Well I think I've babbled enough for today. Starting some homework soon and then the roomie and I are going grocery shopping tonight..
Oh no wait I forgot I talked to the Nutritionist and told him what I'm eating and that my weight loss has slown way down. ... ya know what he said.. he said I'M NORMAL... dang it. I bet he's thin! lol Didn't make me feel any better. We went over what I was eating and he said I was pretty on track. I told him that I drink a diet pop once 2 or 3 times a month and he said that shouldn't be a problem. He said maybe increase my exercise some and see what happens.
