The plan for today!
Ok so my major plan for today is to get all of my water in. I've been hungry a lot lately even though I'm getting most of my protein (don't laugh Terry hehe). Judy and Terry told me last night that I'm probably thirsty rather than hungry. Tuesdays are a busy day for me so I've filled up the ole water bottle and I am lugging it around, so we'll see how it goes. Good thing I actually like water.
I'm also trying to get in close to if not exactly my protein goal for the day... and not getting hung up on calories... because yes they do matter, but no I shouldn't have to worry about them if I'm eating right. So I had my fuzzy navel drink (a sample from last night) it wasn't too bad... and now I'm off to my first round of classes. I'll have breakfast when I get back and then plan some other protein packed snacks for during my next round of classes.
I guess there isn't really a real purpose to this post rather me needing you all to hold me accountable for my goals...

OK, you're the insipration for me to make goals for today too. Since I already screwed up the breakfast goals by going to IHOP, let's begin with after breakfast. Since I will be going to see my nitrionist on my lunch hour, goal #1 show up on time, I actually will have to eat on the run. Since I had my sleep study last night, and that is a whole other story, I do not have my meal replacement drinks so I am going to get H2O and eat my cereal and nutrition bars,goal #2. I will be getting more advise as to what I should be eating since I'm just starting my 12 program requirement for insurance. Goal #3, call local gyms and request a tour. Goal #4, have a vegetarian dinner(craving the veggies for some reason) and not let my boyfriend talk me into going out to eat. And goal #4 walk. I hate exercising. This is always a hard one.
