HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hi All I need help, I was wondering if there is anyone out there that knows of somewhere I can get the protein shakes that are less expensive? Or is there somthing else I can drink like ensure or Slimfast. Nurse today and I must be on this all week before surgery. I am on a fixd budget and I dont have the Money .. PLease let me know or I am gonna cancell MY Surgery on the 17th .. THANKS

If you go to a local GNC you might find some generic protein shakes for less. How much can you afford to spend each day on the shakes and what were the directions from the nurse? Did she say to drink three protein shakes a day? Did she just tell you to drink clear liquid but consume 80 grams of protein daily? Please give me some detail and I will try to find an answer for you. Maggie
