What is your goal today?
My goals today are to get all my water in,do the one load of laundry I have a the little bit of dishes I have.Then I am going to work on a puzzle for some relaxtion that I have been putting off for a while,need to get it done though cause it is for a friend.And then maybe later once it warms up some I would like to go for a walk,if not I will just spend 30 mins. in here on the tredmill.Well have a great day everyone!!!

Well I guess this is an after the fact goal... but my goals for yesterday were to stick with the eating schedule I made myself and get some form of exercise in...
worked pretty well throughout the day.. but then something happened that upset me. So emotional eating kicked in (I never thought I was an emotional eater but now I'm starting to re think it.).
So there I am at 11:00 at night eating a whole bowl of cereal and then a salad... well needless to say my body punished me and got rid of the salad...
I did go for two walks however... I love walking this time of year!
