Fill Dr. in Chicago Area?

I have a friend in Bremen, IN, (north central IN) who did the Mexico lapband and is looking for a fill doc closer to her. She is self-pay. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Rex

Hiya, I went to the University of Chicago, my doctor is Dr. John Alverdy, he is great, you could see him, or his partner Dr. Prachand, they gave me my life back. I would highly reccommend this practice. Take Care, Linny
