What is your goal today?

My goal today was to keep the scale moving because it is down another 5lbs. so I went to the gym and worked my butt off,then ran my errands,then ran my dads errands,then came home cleaned house and wash clothes,now soon I would like to go take a nap but I don't know if I am going to be able to,because now I am filled with energy!!!Have a great day!!! For those who want to hear the details of my weekend,for those who know what I am ralking about,will have to go to the singles board to see it I am not up to be on here forever today,I will havwe it posted very soon!!!

Well, this is just as much a weekly goal as a daily goal - to get my butt back in gear now that I am pretty much recovered from my PS. To start exercising again and go back to the park district and start walking. I have not been cleared for weight training yet. I can only lift 10#s at this point. I also have not been cleared to get on my street bike yet, just the stationary bike. And that is boring, you really do not "go" anywhere! Also, to get my lazy eating habits back to what they should be. And to stay away from the snack (cr_p) table in my office. Too many carbs and those things make me full of nasty gas! Gotta get back to work. for the rest of the day

Goals: To leave work on time today! To get home, start dinner, throw in some laundry, and clean the living room. To pamper my guy -- who did some kind of damage to his knee yesterday. To get to sleep by 10p. Katie
