Lana, Thanks for sharing your story. I understand how you gained your weight back. Before I really started reseaching WLS, I thought the weight just fell off. I knew your stomach was smaller, but didn't know about the nutrition aspect or dumping or anything. You are brave to do this again. I know you will be successful. Diamond

Thank you so much for sharing your story. Things have improved so much with WLS surgery now. Support and information is almost mandatory with the WLS clinics. People ask me about my surgery and etc. I always tell them make an informed decision Not one based just by one or two people who have had the surgery. I researched for almost a year before I made my decision and I do know for a fact that those people whose WLS clinics have mandatory support before and after surgery are so much more successful.
