curves
Hello Donna
Wow $29 a month is not bad for curves! I went for a counsult and they told me it would be $49! That was way to much. So joind Womens Work out World! I use to be a member some time ago and i like the way it is set up. WWW only cost me $15 per month!!
Well Donna I hope this helps.
I wish you all the luck
I wish you a most peaceful and blessed day.

Curves is awesome for me! It is a type of exercise you either like or don't like. Since I absolutely always hated exercise, once I tried out Curves, I was hooked. It has made a major difference for me in helping me to recoup whatever elasticity and muscle tone I could since WLS! And you don't have to kill yourself to get your heart rate up...it is a very doable program. I started when I weighed 280, as soon as I was released to exercise by my doc. I weigh 182 now and am plateauing, but whenever that happens, I make sure I do a proper circuit of the exercise machines, watch my foods intake and step up the water....pretty soon, the scales moves once again.
I believe Curves has contributed to my success and since we have such a limited time after surgery to keep the elasticity before all the loose skin comes, why not go for a doable program like Curves? I pay a flat fee of $39.00 a month, no initiation fee. I definitely think it is worth it!
Best of luck to you!
Regards, Midge
I had a curves membership for a year! I liked it! However I must say that your friend got a bargain because most of the Chicago clubs cost more than that. I know of a club that charges $49 a month. The only downfall of curves is that it's not open on Sunday. I have a WWW membership and I like it because of the variety and the hours. I would like to find a club that offers swim classes! Have you thought about joining the YMCA?
