What is your goal today?
Well guys,my goal the other day was to get this darn scale moving again,and I have been working my butt off for 2 weeks now.2 hours at the gym each day,getting all my water in and not more then 800 calories a day,mostly protein.So I went to get on the scale today and it actually said I had gained 5lbs. I don't know what else to do I am about ready to give up!Well I hope at least you have a good day!!!
