8 day Surgery Countdown

I have 8 days to my surgery. I'm a little nervous, but I praying, and believing in God. Today I went shopping for some comfee sleep wear, for the hospital stay, and the long ride home 2 1/2 hour drive. It's hard trying to get with this diet ( clear liquids diet) tomorrow it is do or die...wrong choice of words. My doctor doesn't play, he said if that liver is not shrunk he might just open you up, take one look, and close you up...now I can't have that. The biggest hindrance is my hubby...I think he might be a little scared to let go of that FAT girl, anywho I'm in search of my girlish figure that vanished at birth. 8 days to go Lana

I am so excited for you! I will pray for you sweetie. I knew in my heart this surgery was right for me because the Lord gave me peace. Maybe you won't be able to make the meet and greet? awwwwww I was looking forward to meeting you. Keep us posted on your progress hon.

oh how I remember the countdown until surgery. Kinda excited, kinda scared, and kinda ashamed I let myself get heavy in the first place. But like you, Lana, I prayed. And guess what? I lost and lost and lost. If you want to talk sometime let me know. peace, Glenn
