AETNA Ins. Help

hi i am in the process of doing the six month diet program that aetna requires. But do i need a 6 month excercise program to and what does that mean. What kind of weight loss and excercise programs does aetna except. please i really need this surgery. Someone help me!!

Hi Rebecca, I just finished my 3 month supervised diet, dietician and exercise program. My surgeon sent me to a Ladies fitness center and they weighed me in and took measurements. After that they gave me a daily routine to do for 3 months. They wrote everything down and faxed everything to my surgeons office. The office added that to my doctors and dietician reports and everything was sent in today for approval. Maybe you can find a gym to help you. I know they want something official from a trainer or gym. I hope this helps. Diamond
