Sugar Free Cake Recipes????

My sons second birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and I am on a sugar free diet from the doctor, and there is family that will be at the party that are diabetic and I was wondering if anyone has a good sugar free cake and sugar free icing recipes. If you don't have any recipes but have suggestions on where I can look please let me know. Thanks, Anita

I have a recipe book for wls patients that I'm going to send ya girl. Its got all kinds of recipes including some cakes and such. Also, Kroger and Larry's House of Cakes in Marion sells the diabetic(sugar free) cakes. You may want to check those out also as with the heat I sure wouldnt want to be cooking in this heat.But thats just me and I'm soo not Betty Crocker...lol Take Care and give me a call and let me know what you found out yesterday!! ~ Lora

There's usually a section of diabetic products in the pharmacy area of your local grocery store and I know they have SF cake mix. I see it at the Jewel all the time. One of my friends bought one for a diabetic mutual friend one year and made it. It was actually really good. Hope that helps! Stef
