Cory Centers???

Hi all, Currently looking into surgery, have been working with CORY centers. They say they can get my insurance to aspprove surgery. Anyone have any comments, suggestions, feedback who have dealt with CORYCenter's? Thanks in advance for your help. Liz Burgard (Illinois)

The Cori center is GREAT!! Iam getting ready to leave for my surgery in about 1 hour Dr. Wood is going to be my surgeon, every one is so Great Im on medicaid and it only took one letter and barley 2 weeks to be aproved first letter, Anita handled every thing for me i never spoke to any insurance my self I went to feel out my paper work that was nothing and in less then a month i had approval and a surgery Date!! I recomend these people to every one good luck to you! Lisa Michelle

Hi I just got back from my consult today and they are WONDERFUL. They are the nicest people I've met. Depending on your BMI they may ask you to lose about 20 pounds, but it is so they can work around your liver and so you can be more mobile after surgery to prevent blood clots. If they ask this they do give you food logs and a diet sheet to follow to use. The food logs are sent in so that if you don't lose the weight they ask they can show that you were doing what they asked you just didn't lose the weight. But I LOVE it there.
