OT: Need info and directions for Ill

Hello my name is Angela and I live in Elizabethtown Ky. My mother in law lives around Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. I am trying to figure out what is halfway between Louisville Ky and St Louis Mo. Any thoughts? I thought Mt Vernon might be halfway, but for her its about 200 miles farther from where she lives. Can someone help me out here?
