What about a psych eval?

I am just wondering what I can expect when I take my psychiatric evaluation? This is a requirement of my insurance carrier. I have heard it is a 750+ questionnaire?? Any hints so I know what I am facing would be great!! -N.

Well during my Eval he asked a bunch of questions, like do u smoke,drink,health problems,family.Just relax its no biggy.I was a bundle of vervse when i got there,and it was over nuttin.

I just had mine yesterday and I was nervous as well. It was no big deal. Numerous questions (but they asked the same ones over and over- just phrased different) Mostly about family, abuse, mental heath issues, compulsive disorders. Just want to make sure you understand the surgery and do not have any issues that are going to hinder your recovery. You will do fine - kind of nice to come out and finally have PROOF that you are not
