ECOH insurance & PS????

anyone have any luck with this insurance group approving PS? I don't even want to try if I know it is a huge waste of time, I kow that isn't the attitude to have but right now it is the one I have! I know my skin isn't hanging past like a grade 1, I don't have nay rashes yet some pain in my lower back that coud be from teh skin maybe? so I think I have very little to go on as far as medically necessary thanks!
