whats an angel?

Hi there, my name is Sarah, and I'm new. I haven't had surgery yet, i go in on July 21st to schedule it, hopefully for sometime in August. So it's coming up soon! I was just wondering, what is everyone talking about when they say they are looking for an angel? Is that some kind of support system? Sorry if that's a stupid question....*smile*

Sara thats not a stupid question at all.A angel is a support person for u and someone that will give us updates on u while ur in the hospital,and will support u in whatever way they can...WELCOME to the site...
