update 7 months out !

HELLO , I just wanted to update that I have been post op for 7 months now and feel awesome . I have gone from 203 to 153 . Sometimes slowly, but nevertheless it does move . Thanks so much for this board and all that post here regularly. Be sure to check out my new pics on my profile ...
