Help, does anyone have experience with Destiney Healthcare?

I have Destiney healthcare and am having problems with them answering me as far as if I am approved or not. They are telling me I need to go see the dr and set a surgery date but they are telling the hospital they do not cover this surgery. I am really tired of waiting has anyone had any experience with this insurance? Deanna
