58 Pounds Lighter and Smiling

Happy Anniversary to all of us who had surgery on St. Patrick's Day this year. And, thank you, God, for this gift I have been given, this tool to change my life. Already, I am enjoying so many changes: - A bad cholesterol number of 39 - Being able to wear size 18 - Shoes that fit - The sparkle in my eye is back - Actually enjoying exercising - Fruit tastes wonderfully sweet and delicious - My thighs and tummy aren't up against the steering wheel - My family has lost that pained, worried look they all had when I walked into a room. - I've given away 2 bags of fat clothes etc. etc.

Good for you Donna!!!! I'm stuck at 42 lbs 32 if you go by the doctors weigh in. I'm frustrated haven't lost anything in a week. Wish time would go a little faster so I could see more improvement. Keep up the good work. Great picture by the way. Lori
