Question about Weigh****chers
Carrie,
I'm still in the process of submitting everything to insurance - but WW was the diet plan my PCP ordered me to follow. If your WW was recent, you should be able to get a copy of the book that WW keeps with dates and weigh ins. If asked for proof, I plan on submitting that. I also have the books somewhere, but think it will just be easier and less paper to use the WW records.
Good luck,
San
Carrie,
Most insurance companies want doctor's records as proof of a supervised weight loss program. Now, your doctor may suggest you go to WW... but then you need to check in (and weigh in) with him to discuss what you're doing and how much you've lost/gained/stayed the same monthly so the medical records show that you were being actively "supervised" by him.
