OT: My dad passed away on Friday!

Could everyone please say a prayer for my family. My dad passed away on Friday May 27th at 2:30pm EST. I am in the process of arranging to go back to Ontario Canada to be with family and for the viewing on Monday and the funeral service on Tuesday. I hadn't seen my dad in many years and my heart is broken that I will never be able to say the things I wanted to say to him so please...anyone out there that hasn't talked to a loved one in some time?....CALL them....WRITE them....anything!!...don't let the time go by! Konni, I know how you're feeling. I didn't get the chance to say everything I wanted to say to my Mom before she died. A friend suggested I write her a letter, read it over, thank God for her life and the fact that she gave me life, and then burn it. It really surprised me how good it felt to that. So, when the time is right, you might try that. Donna

SO SORRY TO HERE OF YOUR LOSS, YOU WILL BE GOING THRU SOME DIFFICULT TIMES NOW, BUT REMEMBER YOUR DAD IS STILL WITH YOU IN SPIRIT, AND HE WILL HERE YOU...AND AS EACH DAY BECOMES A NEW DAY, LIFE WILL AGAIN START TO RETURN TO NORMAL. JUST REMEMBER THE HAPPY MOMMENTS OF THE PAST, AND DON'T DWELL ON THE PAST, LOOK TO THE FUTURE OF POSTIVE THINGS....MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU..
