Impact Recovery Success

Just to let you know I mixed the orange flavor with sugarfree tang and it was actually pretty good and I mixed the mocha flavor with milk and a banana in the blender and it was good too. So no worries to anyone who has to drink this stuff. Now the phosopo (spelling) soda on the other hand........that one will be scarey.........LOL Again Stef...aka Gypsy Blossom thanks for the help. What is so scary about the physiosoda? All it does is make you go poop a lot! LOL

Alan, I just got chocolate and vanilla, but they taste pretty good...kind of like the atkins or other high protein drinks. I'm with you on the other one we have to look forward to on Monday!

Alan, you are in great hands with Dr Kane. He saved my life back in '91 due to a gall bladder problem that I let go too long. Him and his dad brought me back from the jaws of death. My husband had Dr Rantis for his RNY and I think the world of him also. You will do very well under their care. Keep us all posted on your progress.

No problem, Alan.. glad I could help. And those nerves are perfectly normal.. I found it helpful to journal them in the days leading up to surgery. It didn't make them go away.. but it kept them in check a little. Stef
