HELP for a Dear Friend

My best friend now lives in Lakemoor IL. She had this surgery in the 1980s when there were no support groups in New York State. Since then she has been diagnosed with MS and now diabetes and could really use some help and support. If you know of a support group in her area or would be willing to offer her some assistance, would you please contact me. I am in Alabama and trying to think of ideas to help keep her off Insulin and boost her spirits also. Thanks for your help.
