dr accepts public aid for psych eval

Fianlly I have all my pre ops scheduled. They will all be finished by June 6th and my dr had said probably 2 weeks after I finish all my appointments I will have my surgery. I think I have seen a lot of people on public aid looking for psych evals and having to pay out of pocket. but i found a dr who accepts PA.Dr Gouttema in Shaumburg 847 895-4540. I think some of his assoicates may take PA too, but I'm not sure

The Dr doing my surgery is Dr Denham (847)570-4120 he is out of Evanston, He accepts public aid. You have to have all your pre ops done by other dr.'s who accept public aid if you need any help I can give you the phone numbers of th dr's I used I don't know where you are from in IL I live in a suburb west of Chicago. If you arent close there are others dr's all over who accept public aid

Hi Laura, Im on Medicaid and am looking for a plastic surgeon that accepts public aid, is Dr. Denham a plastic surgeon, or do you know of any other plastic surgeons that take public aid? Im 90 mi. away from Chicago, but i'll travel. Thanks! K.

Dr Denham is not a plastic surgeon. Mimis Cohen is a plastic surgeon in Chicago that I think might take public aid. I don't know anything about him though, his number is (312) 996-6490
